The year 2016 will go down as one of the worst racing seasons in France for a very long time. So far three races have been cancelled due to the unforgivable bad weather that we have all witnessed. In some races the pigeons returning from races had no choice but to face hailstones, and down pour after downpour. I think you will agree that climate change is happening more and more – we did wonder if in fact the health and wellbeing of our pigeons could stand up to such endeavours! I personally need not have worried because after returns from races, our pigeons soon got back to A1 condition using a number of products, including what I consider is without doubt the best product on the market today: Wonder Pigeon! It has to be stated loud and clear that for many top fanciers, including myself, sound health of our pigeons is paramount, especially for those fanciers who are seeking the highest honours possible in the sport of pigeon racing today.
Today we use Wonder Pigeon as part of an extensive feeding programme that I consider is essential in everyday pigeon husbandry. We are talking about obtaining top condition, where every grain that gets eaten by our feathered friends gets converted into energy. This is where Wonder Pigeon plays a very important role in helping pigeons maintain a healthy digestive (gut) tract; because without perfect intestinal health, no pigeon can ever achieve its full potential…..this is fact!! While I am writing, I cannot help but praise Harkers’ many other pigeon health products, which I have used for many years, many of which have indeed stood the test of time!
I have always maintained that in order to be successful year in year out, our pigeons need trusted and proven products to enhance the natural health of our beloved racing pigeons, so it becomes very important to have a health programme that will help to protect the delicate immune system of all racing pigeons. Sarrenbourg – the highlight of the season so far ….SARREBOURG 637kms: 1st Federation 57/1,031: 1st The eleventh Region of Western France 131/ 2,159 pigeons competing: vel 1076 “Young Cooper Boy” was given Wonder Pigeon 5 days before the race and it certainly paid off!!
